Chipper-Shredders

Chipper-shredders are gas, diesel, or electric powered machines that are used to shred tree limbs, branches, and brush into mulch of about 1 to 2 inches across. A chipper-shredder consists of an entry hopper, the chipper blade, and a top or side chute. Some larger models will have rollers that help the logs and branches move toward the blades of the chipper-shredder.
